Villarreal welcomes the Bhoys.

Tomorrow we welcome Celtic FC into our pitch. It should be a exciting match of football to say at the least. Regardless on whos side your taking, you can appreciate both clubs entering this match. I’m guilty in liking Nakamura’s free kick talents. (Especially the one he did against ManUre in the Champions League not to long ago :D ).

Seeing how my predictions obviously didn’t come true with Gijon. (Seriously? 1-0? I guess I was wrong, the pep talk Preciado gave was inspirational..) However, we still managed to grab the three points and remain on the top of the table. Well, sort of. Point wise were tied with Valencia, but Villa being the scorer he is, made his club on top due to goal differentiation.

Sadly, Kahveci is out for the matchup tomorrow. Don’t fear though, Rossi SHOULD be able to hold up.

Predition. 2-1 Villarreal. Goals from Rossi and Llorente on VCF, and the goal from Nakamura.

Two years later, every time I see that goal I get chills. You might be interested in “hearing Nakamura’s thoughts” on the goal here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1JyKuJ2OOE :D

I’m going to assume that Villareal are much faster than Celtic and will try to exploit that, while Scott Brown and co. will try and kick the shite out of ye. We are going to be playing the long ball all day and hoping to catch Villareal napping on the counter.
