Here we go onward to the Champions League

By: Javier | December 10th, 2008

Tomorrow we head on over to Celtic park to face…well..Celtic Football Club. This game is needed to show who takes on the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th place going on here.
Now I’m going to do something…rather odd. Seeing how I don’t like Aalborg and how they beat us during a great goalfest, I want Celtic to go on through to the UEFA Cup. Again, odd that you say that Mr.Javier? Indeed, since that would mean that Celtic would have to beat us at their home and Man United would have to take the win with Aalborg (Which should happen, God, am I actually…rooting for them? Na)
There are several things to take in mind. Goals scored. AaB has a grand total of 7 with Celtics 2. If somehow they manage to score 6, they’ll be in for the win.
Also, we can bench Rossi, Senna, Jozy, Capdevilla and even good coach Javier, since he needs a chill pill.

Oh hell. What am I talking about. I just want a good match of football. This post is almost utterly useless and stupid, but thats what you get when you post something at 1:40 at night and you have a big Physical Geography final tomorrow…

Vamos Villarreal!

It is better 2 be second place seeing as Inter, Chelsea, Atletico, Lyon/Bayern are all second place in their group too. So all the teams finishing in first will get paired with one of those super teams, whereas second place teams might get lucky and draw Panathinaikos.

I don’t think we’ve got 6 goals in us, mate. Celtic have been struggling to score goals throughout the Champions League and since there’s not much to play for today, we’ll probably put out a younger squad. I expect a boring game that ends in draw to be honest.
